At Inner Harmonies, services are designed to support healing through connection, awareness, and creative expression.

A supportive space for deeper exploration, healing, and meaningful change.

Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, patterns, and emotions in a way that feels nonjudgmental and collaborative. Therapy may include evidence-based approaches alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative exploration to support growth, self-understanding, and lasting change.

🌿 Mindfulness Coaching

A focused approach to building awareness, presence, and emotional regulation.

Through breathwork, meditation, and mindful practices, you’ll learn how to observe and guide your thoughts rather than feel controlled by them. This work supports nervous system regulation, clarity, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.

🎨 Creative Wellness Coaching

An integrative approach to healing through art, music, movement, and expression.

Using practices such as sound healing, intuitive art, and somatic movement, this offering provides space to process emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with your inner rhythm—especially when words alone don’t feel like enough.


🌿 Live Events & Workshops

In addition to individual sessions, Inner Harmonies offers opportunities to gather, learn, and experience healing in community.

These events are designed to be experiential, accessible, and grounded in connection—both with yourself and others.

Offerings may include:

  • Live performance of covers and originals

  • Sound healing sessions

  • Guided meditation workshops

  • Creative expression groups (art, music, writing)

  • Mindfulness and nervous system education

  • Seasonal or nature-based gatherings

Live events are offered both locally and, at times, in virtual formats.

Pricing & Session Information

Sessions are offered at a rate of $1 per minute ($60 per hour), with 45-minute sessions recommended, especially when starting out.

This structure allows for flexibility while still creating focused, meaningful time for our work together.

I currently operate on a self-pay basis and do not accept insurance.

Sessions are available online or in person at my office in Atlantic, Iowa.
