Hi, I’m Jenna.
I’m a therapist, artist, and musician who believes healing begins in spaces where you feel safe to be fully yourself. My work is grounded in connection—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
I studied music at Berklee College of Music and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and later earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. Over time, I’ve found that meaningful healing comes from integrating mind, body, and creative expression—not just one approach alone.
Outside of my practice, I’m married with three boys and share our home with a farm of rescued animals. Nature, music, and poetry are central to my life and continue to shape how I understand healing and presence.
In my work, I offer a space rooted in unconditional positive regard—where your voice matters and all parts of you are welcome. My approach is collaborative and draws from person-centered, choice-based, and mindfulness practices to support awareness, growth, and meaningful change.

Mission Statement
Inner Harmonies exists to support healing through connection, creativity, and mindful awareness.
We integrate therapy, art, music, and nature-based practices to create spaces where individuals feel safe to explore, express, and grow. We believe healing happens in relationships rooted in acceptance, and that creativity offers a powerful pathway to understanding ourselves beyond words.
Our mission is to help you reconnect with your voice, your body, and your inner rhythm—so you can move through life with greater balance, authenticity, and ease.
